Summary

During adding gadget to the Dashboard series of calls to JIRA backend should be initiated. If call to /rest/gadget/1.0/statTypes fails with the state 'Cancelled', then error handinling is triggered, which causing JavaScript exception filterId is not defined, which breaks execution flow and leave Two dimensional filter Gadget in uninitialised state.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Polulate JIRA with large number of CustomFields and Projects
2. Clear caches via HTTP DELETE on rest/internal/1.0/cache/app using HTTP basic authentication
3. Try to add Two dimensional filter Gadget to the Dashboard.

Expected Results

Two dimensional filter Gadget shows explicit error that backend call time-out.

Actual Results

Two dimensional filter is in uninitialised state.
