Update "Integrating JIRA with Apache using SSL" to clarify in which cases, the redirect will happen.

      Summary

      As mentioned in JRA-60167 the redirect to proxy does not work in al. cases.

      Problem

      The current documentation does not reflect the situation correctly : Configuring Tomcat.

      The devs have provided the updated version of how the behaviour is currently working in new JIRA : JIRA 7.1.0 Tomcat configuration. This draft has currently been reverted on the page.

      Please update the documentation to reflect this change correctly.
