      We have the situation where a large number of tickets have gotten a resolution on them inappropriately due to a mishap with screen configuration.

      I have read the proposed workaround for fixing this, which involves adding transitions from every state back to that state. With a large number of tickets and a large number of states in our workflow, this is not practical.
