Summary

If component field is set to mandatory and has values in it, then it is possible to clear the field value using bulk edit.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open page with the filter results.
2. Navigate to Tools->All tickets.
3. Edit Tickets
4. In 'Change Components' choose 'Find and remove these'.
   5. Pick a component that is the only component on a few issues.
   6. Execute.

Expected Results

It should throw an error and not clear mandatory component field.

Actual Results

The action clears the mandatory "Component/s" field for issue with single component and leaves it with no component.
