Hey there,

in relation to JIRA-59233 we are facing a field-problem with our 7.1.2 Jira software instance.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a custom field with type Date Picker *or *Date Time Picker
2. Configurie its default value with option Use the current date as the default value
3. Click on Set Default
4. Observer the date in the next page -> Wrong value (29.12.0001)
