View Issue Collector admin page loads all issues into memory

      When viewing a configured Issue Collector for a specific project in JIRA Administration, all issues associated with that collector are fetched when trying to calculate the count of issues.

      The problem can be pinpointed to the getAllCollectorIssuesCount method in CollectorActivityHelperImpl.java
