Problem Definition

When making a POST call to the REST transitions API and passing in an incorrect value for the transition ID, the response code passed back is a 500 internal server error. However, this is not documented in the following REST API guide: https://docs.atlassian.com/jira/REST/6.4.12/#d2e5367 with the other response code
