For the Issue Statistics gadget type on dashboards, I am unable to turn off the "Auto Refresh" option. By default, it is unselected, but once it is selected unchecking it will not save.

Steps to Recreate

1. Create a dashboard or go to an existing dashboard you own
2. Add a gadget of the Issue Statistics type
3. Pick a random project or filter, check the Auto Refresh option, and Save
4. Edit the filter
5. Uncheck Auto Refresh, and Save
6. Edit the filter again

Result: Auto Refresh is still checked
