Preset filter for Open Issue/Priority does not work properly

      When browse project, on right hand side, you will see many preset filters. Clicking on the Priority filters (example, click on P2), you will see it lists all P2s including oterh projects.

      This used to work before we upgrade to JIRA 3.1.

      Looks like the pid in the query is not picking up.
