We've recently moved from using the bulk action page to the API for some of our processes. One side effect of this is that we're no longer able to disable email notifications for the changes. That has lead to a much large amount of emails being sent.

It would be useful if there was some way to disable notification emails (with the same permission checks) when making changes through the API.
