Change the wording on the Default permission scheme to state it's only used for new business projects

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently, the default permission scheme description states "Any new projects will be assigned this scheme." This isn't true as SD projects get their own scheme, and SW projects get the default software project scheme.

      Suggest changing it to something similar to software, like
      "Default scheme for Business projects."
