      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      We have the problem that no mail notification is sent to the new watcher(s) after adding a new watcher. Only after saving this edit and then make a change into the issue the mail notification is sent. There is no way in the notification scheme to solve this problem. Is this a new feature or can you help us by an existing function or tool or anything else?
