- provide Linux RPM file with a script like /etc/rc.d/init.d/jira
[start|stop] (feel free to rip off the one I stuck on OrionSupport).
- create one click Windows installer (which even puts custom icons and
url links in the start menu) : Install Anywhere have a free version.
- for Win NT/2K, install as a service that auto-starts and runs in the
background : http://www.kcmultimedia.com/javaserv/
