      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Please, use format yyyy-MM-dd (ie: 2016/01/23) instead of current way of applying a locale in the file resulting from Issues > Search for issues > Export > Export to Excel.

      The current format causes the bug JRA-59878.
