Post function ordering or updates resets UI focus to Triggers tab

When changing the ordering of a post function (or editing one) in a workflow, after doing that, instead of remaining on the Post Functions tab, it gets reset to the Triggers tab such a reselection of Post Functions tab (again) is required for however many steps are required. 7.0.9 didn't do this. No javascript console errors.
