Requirement

Currently, JIRA will log slow queries in atlassian-slow-queries.log that run longer than 400ms. This value is hardcoded, cannot be adjusted. It would be extremely beneficial for troubleshooting purposes to able to modify the threshold, to see less "noise" and focus on longer running queries only.

Proposed solution

Either have a system property that would override the default value, or even a more administrator-friendly solution would be to have this adjustable runtime on the Administration UI.
