Component and version fields are not copied to the subtask like they use to be prior to 7.1.

Is this change intensional or a bug? I could not find any reference to this change here. If it was intensional, can you point to where that is documented? I am more concerned about it being properly documented and communicated than I am that the change was made.

Reproduce

1. Create issue and set component, affects version, and fix version
2. Create subtask
3. Notice that subtask does not have those fields set
