1. The Bug happens if you use the language "German" (maybe other languages except English that uses characters like ä, ö, ü, [Germanic umlaut https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Germanic_umlaut])
2. The Bug happens if you use the datepicker in month March (German: März)
3. If you use the date picker and click a date in March. e.g. 02.03.2016 the value is 2/Mrz/16 but it should 2/Mär/16.
4. If you save it with 2/Mrz/16 you get an error message, but the user don't understand ist because the date format seems ok. If you change it manually in 2/Mär/16 it works.
