REST API is missing a call that returns available security levels

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      While there is an API that returns information about a specific security level ID, there is no API to return information about which IDs are available, making no sense.

      Check /rest/api/2/securitylevel/

      {id} but not call to get all of them.

      I would advise to change the implementation to make the /{id}

      optional, allowing to perform a call that returns all of them.
