Currently, after the POPService has processed an email and created an issue/comment from it, it deletes the mail. It would be useful if JIRA could skip processed mails rather than deleting them.
This would then allow JIRA to be used as a passive recorder of the contents of a POP box, which humans are responsible for managing. Passive support tracking would often be preferable to the current intrusive tracking; for instance, it wouldn't lose the Cc list.
