Feature Summary
When a user attempts to configure a custom field with a lot of context for a large number of projects trying to add a new option or even make a new value the default value, they are forced to do this one at a time as JIRA does not have a feature that allows them configure such a change across all contexts for the said custom field.

Feature Request
Add a feature that allows users bulk change contexts in the configure page for custom fields so that changes made can be made more seamlessly than having to do this one at a time when they have the custom field linked to about 50+ projects with each project having it's own expected context.
