      Problem Definition

      It is currently not possible to set appointments in MS Outlook from JIRA. This would be useful for users who would want to set an appointment based on JIRA issues.

      Suggested Solution

      Perhaps to have an option, to add an event in JIRA issues where you can set up an email to be sent to a user during a certain transition. Essentially, it could be a review date and it would be useful to send a reminder of the appointment as well.
