Date picker custom field passing wrong value for current date and time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create a custom field with type Date Picker or Date Time Picker
2. Configure its default value with option Use the current date as the default ticked
3. Click on Set Default
4. Observe the date in the next page
5. Add the custom field into issue create screen and create issue
6. Wrong date will be passed for the custom field's value
