Created vs Resolved Chart in JIRA Gadget needs a means to reincorporate the offset that is nulled at graph t=0. This will ensure that the 'unresolved issues' subplot is accurate.

      The trending of unresolved issues line on the Created vs Resolved Chart JIRA gadget is incorrect, as it assumes the initial number of unresolved issues is zero. This can lead to situations where the trend becomes negative, which can be misleading or confusing.
