      Repro step:
      1. Make new filter which is using 'Assignee in group'
      2. Configure dashboard and make new portlet to use filter statistic(Status).
      3. Click the (Status) link which has been made above step in dashboard.

      Result:
      HTTP Status 404 - /secure/${urlPrefix}&statusIds=3
