For Japanese language on boarding icons is not align properly. Comment for first icon - to explore existing projects is too long and text is broken into two lines

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new admin
2. Login as new admin for first time (Software product need to be installed on JIRA)
3. Continue on boarding process with changed language to Japanese

Observed problem:
