If I add an attachment to an issue with a '"' in it, the list of attachment is no longer displayed in issue.

At attachment time, there is an error displayed (screenshot attached). When user proceeds, the issue shows no attachments, but the list is there when clicking on "managed attachments", but clicking on the attachment with double-quotes in its name leads to a 404.
