Use imported bugzilla IDs as well as JIRA issue IDs for CVS integration

      Currently the "Version Control" tab will only show CVS activity for commits that have the Jira issue ID in the log message. For groups moving from bugzilla also showing CVS activity for commits have have the bugzilla ID associated with the issue in the log would be very usefull and make the import more complete.
