Is there a way to locate an issue based on its history??

For example, can I run a query to show me all issues that were re-opened at one point in time?? The issues could be closed now - but I would want to see issues that had a certaiin status at one point or another.

(Bugzilla has a 'Bug Changed' search field where you can do this sort of thing - locate bugs according to a field change)
