When importing XML, JIRA prompts for a directory in which to store search indexes. This directory will be deleted (to clear old indexes) before the new indexes are created.

Unfortunately, some users are entering the JIRA root directory, and then wonder why their JIRA installation disappeared.

To avoid this, we should delete only known index subdirectories (comments/, issues/) from the index subdirectory.
