Can't deploy jira war after upgrade to 3.0.3 from 2.6.1 professional

      Generic 3.0.3 war deployment on JBoss 4.0.0 production
      RedHat Enterprise Linux, Sun J2SDK 1.4.2_05, mysql db

      I appear to have some sort of event listener problem.

      I upgraded from 2.6.1 to 3.0.3 and the war build and db upgrade seemed to work just fine.

      Attached is the jboss debug trace of the deploy attempt.

      I have also granted the security policy to grant allPermission and it has no effect.
