Our Jira installation suddenly died, structure was fine but all issues were gone.

After several attemps rebooting the server, the Attachment/indexes/backups folders wehre backedup and a system restore was made.

Restore went well and all issues were restored properly. The problem is that attachment links are broken (404) even tough those attachments are in the folder. Tested uploading an attachment and went without problems, was placed properly next to the others for that issue. The issue has the links for the old attachments and the new attachment, only can open the new attachment the others get 404. URL looks well build compared to the tested attachment that works.

Any suggestions?
