Does Jira support batch operations like moving issues assigned to one user to another in one operation? We need this because when we want to delete a user, there it says:

This user cannot be deleted at this time because there are issues assigned to them, or they have reported issues.

This is a big problem since it seems that I have to assign all the issues to another user one by one to be able to delete the user.
