'Support' for JDK 1.5

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Please include support for JDK1.5 in upcoming releases.
      I did a short test using JDK1.5 which mostly worked, but I refrained from using it because os some problems that appeared. (As it is still called "unsupported" I quickly gave up so there is nothing I can report)

      Reason: We would like to make use of the "better" GC support (pause tmes etc) on SMP machines.
