Error "An invalid XML character (Unicode: 0x__) was found in the CDATA section" when importing XML

      Hello

      I'm trying to import an XML backup from JIRA 2.5 to JIRA 3.0.2 Professional

      I'm getting this error

      "An invalid XML character (Unicode: 0x13) was found in the CDATA section"

      and the import fails.

      I tried to manually fix the XML data but it keeps finding those characters in other places (comments).

      This may be related to JRA-4980, but I'm not sure.
