Long filenames not extracted using WinRAR

      A user reports that when using WinRAR to unzip JIRA Standalone, some classes with long paths are not extracted, causing JIRA to break on startup:

      2004-11-08 18:07:47 StandardContext[]: Exception sending context initialized event to listener instance of class
      com.atlassian.jira.upgrade.ConsistencyLauncher
      com.atlassian.plugin.PluginParseException: Could not load class:
      com.atlassian.jira.plugin.workflow.WorkflowAllowOnlyAssigneeConditionFactoryImpl

      I'm not sure if we can do much about this, except document the problem and ask people to not use WinRAR?
