Fix up and enable the screenshot applet on Mac OS X

      Currently the "Attach screenshot" link is only enabled for Windows users - however the OS X Java implementation (1.4.2_05 at any rate) does support the clipboard, and the applet does work in Safari.

      The HTML for the attachments page is a bit broken though, with the comment textarea being unusably small. See attachment.
