Attach Screenshot menu item still available via the dot dialog

      Summary

      The Attach Screenshot menu item was removed in JIRA 7. However, it still remains available in the dot dialog on the view issue page.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to an issue.
      2. Press . with the keyboard.
      3. Type "Attach"
      4. BUG The "Attach Screenshot" menu item appears.

      Expected Results

      1. The "Attach Screenshot" menu item does not appear.

      Actual Results

      1. BUG The "Attach Screenshot" menu item appears.
