      Problem Definition

      Users have created multiple shared filters however with the sharing option of "Shared with Everyone"; we would like to hide them all due to this feature request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-23255

      Suggested Solution

      Provide the ability for an Administrator to bulk update all filters and set the sharing option accordingly

      Workaround

      Database approach/ script for applying in bulk:

      • Apply the solutions described in this article

      Manual way from UI:

      • Ask user to change Sharing Option
      • As a Site-Admin, Log in As User and manually update share
