      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Problem Definition
      Currently JIRA will display a default page when JIRA is down or page is broken.

      Suggested Solution
      Allow users to add their own version of 404 page or allow then to edit the existing page.

      Workaround
      Currently there are no workaround for this.
