Summary

Icon of custom issue type is not shown in email notification to users.

Environment

6.4.11, 6.4.12

Steps to Reproduce

1) Create a custom issue type.
2) Choose a random icon provided in JIRA.
3) When user receive notification from JIRA related to this particular issue type, the icon of this issue type won't be shown.

Expected Results

Email notification should display the custom issue type's icon selected in JIRA.

Actual Results

Icons not displayed in email notification.

Workaround

More recent versions of Jira do not appear to be affected by this problem. For example versions of Jira such as 7.4.3, or 7.11.0 we can't recreate this problem. However we have seen some sites that were upgraded to these newer versions that still have custom issue types that can't render correctly in email notifications. In those cases, we have found that you can re-upload the custom icon for this issue type in these newer Jira versions and in turn this can correct this problem.
