      Hi everyone,

      The issue has not get additional interest since the time it has been reported. Additionally IE10 is not a supported browser for the currently supported JIRA Server versions.

      Therefore I'm resolving the issue as Won't fix.

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      I got the request that a user could usually move the mouse curser to the "drag and drop" area on an existing issue and press Ctrl+V to get a popup for pasting screenshots (see screenshot below). But in that popup, pasting an image from the clipboard is ignored.
