Customize the Issue View Layout to add Custom Field with right-aligned

      Problem Definition

      The customer wanted to Customize the Issue View Layout. By Default all the custom fields will be added directly below each other and all of these will be wrapped inside the detail section with left-aligned. The customer want the custom field to be right-aligned in too and also able to move certain custom fields from left to right when needed.

      How to replicate the problem :
      Screenshot:

      1. Log in to JIRA
      2. Add few numbers of custom fields(Text Field-Single Line) at Administration>Issues>Custom Fields (eg: text1,text2,test3,test4)
      3. Associate the fields with the default screen used for the Jira Issue.
      4. Open any one of the Issue
      5. Add all the added custom fields in step 2 to the Issue Page by clicking Admin>Add Field
      6. Try to move the few of the custom fields added in the the left side to the right side.
        Eg : (eg: Move test3,test4 from left side by default to the right side)

      Suggested Solution

      When adding the custom field in the Issue Page , the customer should be able to move the custom field to be right-aligned.
      The customer also should be able to move certain custom fields from the left to the right when needed.

            We have developed a new feature to customize the IssueView layout of Jira DC in order to see better the text-multiline customfields also the Table-Grid fields, etc. also to expand-collapse the right panel of the IssueView

            Would be extremely handy to put our own critical fields on the right side. (Affect/s version for example)

            This would help to organise a lot of custom fields and make it more user friendly for projects with more fields

            This would help to organise a lot of custom fields on one screen where tabs add unnecessary clicking between the screens.

            This would help minimize clutter and allow custom fields related to each other to be seperated from the rest on the right vs left.

            This would make the issue view a lot more compact if you have a lot of fields on the issue view.

            the space underneath the fields "Status" and "Resolution" is wasted and could be used best when the fields could be moved to the right.

            this would be a very useful feature as would having 'columns' on a screen to better align the fields instead of just having one ling page.
