Danish 3.0 translation

      Here's the danish translation of JIRA 3.0. All string have been reviewed and there are quite som modificatins compared to the 2.x version.

      Please note: when selecting language in JIRA the option string for Danish is: dansk (Danmark), this should be corrected to: Danish (Denmark) so that it looks like the other languages.
