    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently in JIRA, the 'summary' column claims 100% of available space. This is fine, except when you have another textarea field like 'description', which needs as much if not more space. We should work out a more sophisticated means of allocating column widths.
