Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a multi select custom field and add some options that are lengthy.
2. Add the field to a Create Issue screen.
3. Create an issue.
4. Create a sub-task.

Actual results:

The field will not be expanded to it's necessary length.

Expected results:

The field will be expanded.
