IE browser issue

      I have upgraded my browser on my personal desktop & laptop to IE 6.0 XX

      Since this time when ever I use a JIRA site (see attached screen shots) it seems that the CSS is not loaded? This happens on all sites when I use JIRA...... Seems strange - no?
