Add Voter to the Issue Navigator

      It would be great to have the field Voter as an option on the Issue Navigator so that we can retrieve the name of the voters from a specific issue, for example.

      As a workaround it's possible to retrieve this info using a API call:

      curl -u admin:admin -H "Content-Type: application/json" -X GET http://localhost:8080/jira/rest/api/2/issue/TT-20/votes
