Jira 6.3.15 datepicker validation problem on the cs_CZ Locale

      Good evening,
      i have a problem on jira installation, after upgrading the jdk from 1.7 to 1.8 I encontered a problem about datepicker validation using the cs_CZ locale.
      The short month use the roman number and the validation fails on submit.
      The problem is present only with the jdk 1.8 while it works fine with 1.7 so we think it is a bug.

      Could you please help?
