      Issue Summary
      A user may decide to filter issues based on the project lead so they can monitor the issues that belong to the said project.

      Unfortunately this is currently impossible.

      Expected Result
      User can search using the project lead field

      Actual Result
      Feature is missing in JIRA and users cannot filter result based on the project lead field.
